SESSION 501 - Taken for Granted: How Term Positions Affect New Professionals and the Repositories That Employ Them

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Come participate in a practical discussion of issues surrounding these ideals and realities, including ethical obligations of hiring organizations; how to design, find, or fund a good term position; and the real professional, personal, and organizational costs vs. benefits of term positions.
